I experience with DeSitter has always been top-notch from the sales staff to the installers. Our salesmen spent a very long time with us on at least two occasions helping us decide what would be the best flooring option for our living-room dining room. Paul Massey was extremely helpful and patient. The baseboard trim carpenters and the carpet installers were courteous and professional. The scheduler was accommodating and the job was completed ahead of schedule to perfection.
