I just installed new carpet in a rental property. I had one week between Tennants. DeSitter was amazing...quickly came out and measured for a fair quote and installed within the week.

I experience with DeSitter has always been top-notch from the sales staff to the installers. Our salesmen spent a very long time with us on at least two occasions helping us decide what would be the best flooring option for our living-room dining room. He worked with us several years ago and was able to help us find remnants for our family room and bedroom. Friendly, knowledge service with a wide-selection of products.

Desitter is very service oriented and made my carpet buying experience relatively easy. They were professional and courteous throughout the process and there were no surprises even six months after quoting when I finally installed. I would probably go back for additional purchases just because I appreciate service and reliability.

Paul Massey was extremely helpful and patient. The baseboard trim carpenters and the carpet installers were courteous and professional. The scheduler was accommodating and the job was completed ahead of schedule to perfection.
