Ordered products over a month ago and we still haven't received our whole order. I can not get a hold of customer service. When we asked when we would receive the rest of our order they told us to email them, I emailed them and never heard back and now they wont answer. Terrible service
They sent me a steering gear box that they claim is the only one they have for my truck. It doesn't fit. Now they will only give a store credit. If they don't have the parts that fit my truck why would I want to continue to buy from them? Please refund my money! THE PART IS INCORRECT!
i bought stabilizer link on 2/2/21 they have a 10 year warranty. on 5/3/21 found had failed big time as the bottom joint blew apart. they want me to pay shipping and not willing to give a refund on a warrantied part. never buy from again. had to go to a local store and buy the part so their warranty means nothing.
REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE... I JUST SPENDT 58 MINUTES ON A CALL AND THEY HANG ME UP. I HAVE 2 MONTHS WAITING TO RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR A RETURN. I BOUGHT A RACK AND PINION AND I PAID 151.00 AND THEY ONLY GIVE ME 98.00 ON A STORE CREDIT AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME 30.00 FOR SHIPPING ON A NEW ORDER TO USE THIS STORE CREDIT. Worst service I've ever had ordering parts,called 3 weeks ago ordered a simple control arm and the guy simply put in my information said I'd receive it in about a week, nothing I called back tlkd to louis he said he had a supervisor approval to send my item in a rush I should receive it in 2 days due to the fact the first guy didn't finalize my work order, he'd email me a tracking number and it's been a week already everytime I call I get the runaround of being put on hold waiting on a supervisor then I either get hung up on... read more

Typically I order thru Amazon but I this time I placed a order directly with Detroit axel on April 24,2021 today is the 29th and it has still not shipped ! 2 phone calls and same old response that we will contact the warehouse . I have 20 years of experience as an ASE certified mechanic so it was definitely installed correct just FYI, I put this bearing on my Dakota and all went well until I backed out of garage and heard a “pop” got out and looked at wheel and it’s cambered out and facing the opposite direction than the other wheel, the whole hub spread apart, terrible manufacturing and Detroit Axle just keeps asking random questions every few days give me the run around. Absolutely horrible. I called to return a brake and rotor kit I didn’t enjoy the quality of and was lectured and being “taught” how to shop for car parts online and was told to “read more” because I’m a woman. Then the guy proceeded to say “I’m sure you’re a great woman and all, but..” But what?! I’m not the type to pull the “I’m a woman” card, but I feel absolutely disrespected.
