I would give no stars if possible. Totally Un-ethical behavior and experience with the company representative. As a consumer, I would never expect any company representative to behave. Recently, I placed order for the parts of my vehicle 2013 Hyundai Elantra Coupe. I received incompatible brake pads clips which doesn’t fit. Well I will never order from DETROIT AXEL ever again. I ordered a rack and pin from them on April 5th and on the phone with them to see what the FUCK is the problem and they said they cant get the parts to rebuild it. Also that their is no time frame on when I will get this part. I am getting my money back. STUPID COCK GOBLINS!

Overall decent service and quality parts BUT WHEN IT COMES TO RACK AND PINIONS FOR WHATEVER REASON THEY NEVER GIVE YOU THE JAM NUTS THAT ONLY COME WITH THE INNER TIE ROD BUT GUESS WHAT MOST RACK AND PINIONS COME WITH THE INNER TIE ROD PRE INSTALLED AND THE OLD JAM NUTS FROM YOUR ORIGINAL RACK ARE ALMOST ALWAYS RUSTED IN PLACE SO IN SHORT I FEEL IT'S VERY CHEAP/LAZY, AND SHITY OF THEM NOT TO INCLUDE THE JAM NUTS NORM

Online ordering does not work. Calling by phone requires 30 minutes on hold. Agent cares less about you problem nor offers to process order by phone.

I returned a part never got my refund I kept getting emails saying wait for 24 to 48 hours it's been way over 72 hours and still nothing. So they took my part back and my money. And keep giving me the runaround about my refund

Worse experience ever... I oder my whole front suspension kit for my car and only got my struts in. I try to call costumer service and they was no help. They only said they holding my package and they don't know why that's all they said to me... It's been to weeks and still no update on shipment or email... Wish detroit axle care about there customers more.!

On April 3rd I ordered a rack and pinion for my 92 Lexus. The next day I found out my order was canceled do to my address so I called the next day and got it fixed(April 4th), where I was told that my rack would ship on that Monday. It is now April 18th, they have not shipped my part and when I call they tell me “I’m gonna fix this for you sir it will be updated in 24hours I promise I’m gonna fix that” yet this is the 3rd time I’ve been told that with nothing happening on their end. so if you ever buy a steering gear box from them and its no good they want you to take it to a shop and pay that shop hundreds of dollars just to say yep its no good so now they wont stand behind there part they wont return my money so they just made a free 200 hundred dollars off me and for the most part said oh well we dont care if your work truck is down and we are costing me money i will never again order a damn thing from them all they do is rip you off leave me stuck with a gear box that doesnt work not to mention i di... read more

Don’t buy from there eBay they don’t keep transaction records long enough to honor warranty and will waste your time trying to track it down then tell you parts bought before 2018 aren’t covered to crap 💩
