Can you leave Zero Stars? Thats is what they deserve. This place is horrible. No customer service what so ever. Hang up on you, don't return calls or emails. Don't ship correct parts, don't refund money. Save your time and $$$$. You will never get it back from them.
Disregard lifetime warranty because there isn't one. No one will answer or reply if you need a replacement.
I HAVE BOUGHT NUMEROUS ITEMS OFFLINE, BUT THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY TO BUY FROM. THIS IS THE FIRST AND THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A COMPANY THAT WARRANTIES A PRODUCT FOR 10 YEARS OR LIFETIME BUT MAKES YOU PAY HALF OF WHAT THE ITEM COSTS IN SHIPPING JUST TO GET A WARRANTY REPLACEMENT WHEN THE ORIGINAL DIDN'T EVEN LAST 3 MONTHS. I order from them before.. But the good luck on return items. Its BS. U will wait an wait on the phone. Then u have to wait 4 some to call u back. Then they send yr name out to someone else to call. In the mean time you have no! Parts..WTF
NEVER AGAIN. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.
Not satisfied at all. Trying to receive a warranty replacement part for something that I purchased 8 months ago has been a bit ridiculous. They have given me the run around for 2.5 weeks now about my replacement. There customer service continues to email me and say they will contact me and never do. Very upset.
Would be a great review based on my first experience, I ordered struts, got them, they work great. I ordered a CV axle that I didn't need and had it cancelled within the same day, got a confirmation call stating that it had been cancelled and that I will receive my refund within 2-3 days. It has been a week now and I haven't received my $52.95 I paid that should be refunded. My review would be 0 stars if possible. Customer Service is horrible. My worst experience with customer service in my 46 years of life. Oh, and the Rack & Pinion I bought started leaking in 3 months. Plus they shipped me the wrong part under warranty and now expect me to pay for the shipping even though they screwed up. Don't buy from Detroit Axle!
