Order the rack and pinion got it installed. It started leaking right away cause casting was broke. Contact the company to do a return. Had my rotor 3 month old rotor crack!!! when I called about the warranty they wanted me to pay half the price of the rotor for shipping!!!! Might as well buy a new set at that point. I find this policy they have mighty convenient for them. Why offer warranty when you are making the customer pay the price of a new one basically.

New shocks received for 2018 Highlander failed in one year. Applied for replacement. Was granted new shocks that cost $26 to ship and lost 10 year guarantee for replacement shocks not to mention cost to have installed. Very poor warranty. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I purchased a rack and pin union for my 2006 Honda Civic. The part arrived, but when I tried to install it I found it had the wrong threads. I couldn’t attach the power steering lines. I had to go buy a new one at Napa. After 3 back and forth emails i returned the part. It’s been almost 2 months and no communication and no refund.

If I could give it a 0 star I would.... 3 sets of axels and all of them busted with in 2 months. That's over 1200.00 in labor fees to have them put on.. they refuse to refund the money and take the parts back. We have to pay another shipping fee for them to send us another part.That's going to bust within a few weeks. Save yourself some time and money and buy it from somewhere else.This place is a freaking joke and their parts aren't anything what they used to be.Do not buy from them. Detroit Axle is great at sending defective parts. You will spend time, money, and a lot of effort for nothing because the parts they send are absolutely worthless. The offer to send you a replacement for extra money and promise to check that the second part isn't defective. Makes you wonder why they didn't check the first part? 11 days later, I'm still waiting for a call back from customer service. I’ve called 3 times, but they can’t do anything. If you’re looking for a fast shipping service, better find another company. This company, in collaboration with FedEx, tends to deliver packages in at least 6 days or more. Both companies customer’s service don’t care and can’t assist you as long as they already got their money!
