Do not buy from this company. They took my sons money and have never shipped his order. It has been over two weeks that he has been without his truck while waiting on the parts he paid Detroit Axle for. They give tracking numbers then tell you the order keeps getting lost when there is no movement. They blame Fed Ex for losing the product. Customer service just lies and lies. Promises call backs and never calls.

I do not recommend this company or the defective parts. Extremely rude! Unwilling to help and replace the parts that broke in less then 30 miles of use. Both Cv axles leaked immediately and the wheel hub stud broke. Not willing to replace the parts and blamed me for improper installation. I've been doing this for 27 years. Never had this issue or such poor service in my life. Spent hours on the phone trying to get a supervisor on the phone and no one was willing to help.

I will never use Detroit Axle parts again on any vehicle I own and will recommend to everyone I know to do the same. I now understand why they are so cheap. I purchased struts and rear shocks in October for my F-150 Pickup. Ater driving the vehicle for a few months, the suspension seemed to get more and more (bouncy). I had the tires replaced as the front tires were now cupped. I drove the truck to Michigan in July and the ride home was very dangerous as the truck would bounce out of the lane when a bump was hit. Unfortunately this is the lowest rating I can give. I ordered the parts from Detroit Axle and they did not fit as specified on the Amazon sight, for my vehicle. When I called to inquire, the individual ask what make and model vehicle I had, and immediately asked if I wanted to return or exchange the items. I informed them I was returning returning them because I did have the time to receive a replacement. I obtained a return authorization label from Amazon and packaged the box for return. Over the past few years I have purchased products for multiple vehicles and been very pleased with the quality of the products received. The problem I currently have is my last order was not shipped when it was promised and will now arrive far too late to complete the installation by the deadline. When I ordered online the shipping time was shown to be within a 2-day shipping zone and when I received notice of shipment the delivery date was July 2nd. I have heard nothing but great things about the quality of the parts Detroit Axle supplies, but what do you do when the part is the wrong size and it messes up your car?! I have made several attempts to get in touch with Detroit Axle and settle a consumer issue with them. We ordered 2493765 on 6/23/2025 recived emails the order had shipped on the 24th...when this didn't show up 26th I call CS who relayed to me this had not shipped because "it looked Fraudulent." Mind you the money's was removed immediately upon placing this order 2493765. We expected this shipment on Saturday 6/26 the latest 6/27 and it was the ETA given by the confirmation of the email. But nope your shipping department didn't send it out like they said on the morning of Friday the 27th...they waited until Saturday the 28th ... read more
