Horrible company. Sent me the incorrect parts, been trying to obtain a refund for over 1 month. Save your time, money & frustration & shop elsewhere. Rock Auto & AutoZone value their customers & work with you to remedy an error on their part.

Buyers Beware!! Item was not delivered, they say FedEx delivered it but can not show any proof the item was delivered no picture, FedEx takes pictures of deliveries, also I received a message from amazon at 19:03 saying the item was delivered at 19:20 that's impossible unless FedEx has achieved time travel, when I complained they changed the time to 15:20, I have security cameras that scan my driveway and yard as well as a ring doorbell nothing was recorded, Detroit Axel needs to take responsibility and not lie and cheat cu... read more

I purchased brake pads and rotors about a month ago. A week ago the pads fell apart and tor up the rotors. I called your store and I was told it would all be under warranty and all I had to pay was a $25.00 shipping fee I also sent pictures of the damaged brakes Well my brake pads arrived with no rotors. I called about the rotors and was told that I only wanted the pads warrantead. This was not true. VERY UNRELIABLE WITH DELIVERY OF PRODUCT AND SERVICE. When called customer service, Representative brush the issue off to another representative if unable to resolve within their time allowed. This is my first time using this company and the overall experience as a consumer and new customer was not pleasant. The resolution system is very poorly structured to handle and remedy their customers concern and/or complaints.

I placed an order for 2 CV axle. Website offered 2 day free shipping. I received my order 3 weeks later. When I received my order one of the axles was wrong and would not fit my vehicle and the other CV axle was faulty. I was able to return the axle that was wrong and get a refund. I called customer service to get a replacement for the axle that was faulty. I was told that I would have to Pay freight to get the faulty part back. This is a follow on a warranty replacement order that was placed on August 8th 2025. On August 7th I spoke with one of the representative by the name of Keith that did a representation of this company with lack of knowledge and disregard customers resolving issues in a timely manner this representative refuse to connect me to the supervisor. Terrible I purchased parts from this site and not only did they send me the wrong parts which i tried to have put on and didnt fit but i help them update and correct there site due to it because of an error on there behalf with incorrect posting information and fitment information for the submodels of my car i also was made put down a deposit for the correct parts to be sent and when i sent the exchange parts back never was refunded my deposit until i called over a few times over two weeks for not receiving my refund for wha... read more

The customer service is disgraceful. I had to get a warranty part's replaced and paid for shipping on 8/8/2025 and as 8/12/2025 and a shipping number the way maid on the 8/10/2025 the items is still at the Detroit axle not picked up as yet. The workers there said that there is no supervisor available to take a complaint. These workers do what ever they like and none to complain to.

Terrible Experience — Avoid This Company What a mistake this purchase was. I ordered a suspension kit for my older CR-V that included lower control arms, ball joints, sway bar links, and tie rod ends. When the kit arrived, I began by removing the spindle on one side to change the lower control arm. The control arm seemed to fit fine — at first. Next, I pressed in the included ball joint.
