Customers of this company better watch out if your order is wrong. Their service department absolutely sucks. I ordered a part over seven days ago. They can’t even tell me where my part is or anything. They say they shipped it. FedEx say they never got it. I’m stuck. I’m out money. They won’t help me

Parts were damaged, shipping was slow. Would not go thru them again. Parts Geek also ships from them, would not do that again either.

Muy mal servicio porque recomendé a un amigo y compró un rack and pinion costoso y lo entregaron en otra dirección y ahora no se quieren hacer responsables pero sí le cobraron los dos mil dólares. Very bad service from this company because I recommended a friend to buy a expensive rack and pinion and they delivered to another address and now they don't want to respond for their mistake!.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. No one wanted to answer my question or help me find a the correct parts I needed. And to show you how bad your customer service is. It has been over 5 months now that I had the problem and you are just asking me how you did. I would never recommend this company anyone.

Front hub was installed and was defective (never even driven). The customer service team (Austin and Frank) wanted me to jump through hoops to get it replaced. This is the second time Austin has asked me to send photos, a report, a video, etc., to get a replacement. This is despite their satisfaction 100% guarantee. I will no longer use Detroit Axle and instead opt for a local or alternative web provider that values its customers and stands behind its products.

Use to be a five star, not any more. Shipping use to be great. Now I'm waiting 5-6 days for a shipment. I buy a lot on line and their ebay store. I have a lot of customers that can't afford parts here in town. But, it's getting to the point where waiting for a week is not feasible.

After purchasing and installing a brake kit from them; we noticed that the car shook when applying the brakes. We then took it to Big-O to have it looked at; they said the rotors were warped. We contacted them and they requested pictures, which we sent in. We didn't hear back from them. We reached out again, this time they wanted a video. How do you record something like that? ordered from this company got order 7 days later order again and 5days later they said they r going to send me a new tracking number the shipping dept didnt send it out now 5 hours later still havent gotten new number but they got there money a week ago come on b honest
