Ordered an 18 pc front end kit and only received the 4 struts and 2 upper control arms spent $600 and got 6 parts out of 18! I even called them and tried to say the smaller parts were in the box with the struts, that was a lie because the box was only big enough for the two struts. Didnt even offer a partial refund nothing! I will never shop them again and I buy parts all the time!

I ordered front sway bar links for my 2003 ford f250 super duty diesel 6.0 4x4 and the grease fittings where lose so I tighten them up and when I went to grease them the fittings broke so I emailed them and they said that it was not there problem

Unfortunately my experience with Detroit Axle was not very pleasant. I ordered a part that said would be delivered to me within 3 days but did not get to my house until a week later. My reason for ordering from this company was because I needed the part within 3 days for my scheduled day with the auto mechanic. I not only missed that appointment but I missed two more appointments and then the mechanic would not fix my car because he felt I was unreliable. WE ORDERED THE WRONG SIDE ITEM FOR MY 16 YR OLDS 1ST TRUCK, WHEN HE RECEIVED HE SEEN IT WAS LEFT SHOULD HAVE BEEN RIGHT IMMEDIATELY PACKAGED IT BACK UP AND SENT FOR AN EXCHANGE, IT WAS BACK ON THE 17TH STARTED CALLING FOR CORRECT PART AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS WE TOLD THEM TO JUST REFUND. WHEN NO REFUND CAME GOT AHOLD OF SOMEONE AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THE RETURN WAS DAMAGED AND USED, CANT HAVE BEEN USED AS IT WAS THE WRONG SIDE.....LOOKS THE SAME AS WHEN PIECE ARRIVED, MAKE SURE YOU GET THE RIGHT PART

Purchased brakes and rotors from a link, item arrived put them on the vehicle I thought it was done, well went for a ride and hardly any brakes, come to find out they sold the wrong parts to me for said vehicle, they didn’t wanna take them back until I push the issue. Absolutely awful.. free 2 day shipping is a lie. Took 4 days for them to even mail it. Took about a week and a half to get to me. When I went to install my part, it was already broken..

I ordered my parts and said that it was gonna be two day shipping. It took four days for the parts to come when I receive the box. It had a big hole in the bottom and I was missing parts. I’ve been trying to speak with someone for about four days now, and I still haven’t gotten in contact with an a supervisor. Customer service said that the supervisor would reach back out to me, but I still haven’t heard anything. This is by far some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received.

Parts are good quality but it is best to call and order over the phone because the website will give you a delivery date that is not correct. I ordered some parts online and the website said they would arrive on Friday but they didnt arrive. I called and talked to someone and they told me that the parts were coming from their Texas warehouse so they wouldn't arrive until Monday. Dont trust the website delivery date!!
