Above average with time-saving transcription for both calls and voicemails Overall, I find the service to be above average, but compliance messages for call recording can cut into the natural flow of a conversation, and even deter customers due to the delay.

DialPad is very easy to use and helpful options to create KPI's for contact center The DialPad customer service team is great to work with, from POC to integration. They answered all questions we had and are very responsive to any issues during integration and after.

Great call visibility and team member visibility It is easy to search and it is easy to transfer calls. The visibility on the call history is great since you can see who they spoke to previously.

Review of Dialpad Voice lag on calls is very frustrating . Its a decent solution given the ability to call and receive from your cell phone. Could be improved.

Constantly improving the service by releasing new versions Reliable and great product to use. I have contacted the Support team and they responded quick and on time.

Better than the rest Met expectations and then some. From trial phase, DialPad's team was engaged, responsive, and committed to providing us with best service.

Very good product few issues but they usually get taken care of quickly - calls flow easily and transferring is easy as pie, keeping in touch with fellow employees through the Dialpad Chat where we can communicate with 2 different states and 6 locations between the 2 states like we are right there its amazing

Good product Dialpad is easy to use and i like the simple design. I also like how it interfaces with software that was designed by my company, which is usually clunky and hard to use.
