Convenient, easy to use! Does need a bit of work. I love using Dialpad. I like the convenience of being able to use it on my phone through the mobile app, although, I do think that the mobile app does need a function to use the voicemail drop. I like that Dialpad stores previous numbers and conversations, and sometimes even gets the contact's names already in the system. I do think it can be a bit glitchy sometimes.
Great Reporting and Analytics We thought Dialpad's Call Center had WorkForce Management capability, but worked with their engineering team to provide analytics and reporting we needed.
Overall DialPad is probably one of the best systems I have worked on I love working on dialpad as well as reporting available on for me to review and track my work. I must be honest a lot of the above is not really something I can review on as I am an end user and therefore I have opted for a 3 star on all questions not really applicable to me.
