DialPad works for me Works right almost every time very rarely have any issues, very easy to navigate and work with. We had a very good training course on DialPad before being turned loose with it.

View from a Customer Service Perspective I find the service good. I mainly use it to answer incoming customer calls. The only issue I would have is that because the calls come through the computer, the connection is sometimes bad and customers have a hard time hearing.
