Mediocre Dialpad, is a beast in its own. Connectivity issues alot of the time. Have to uninstall and reinstall app quite frequently.
Overall, the product is excellent! I have had a positive experience in all areas of the the product design. The only criticism I have is that, with my type of work, it would be helpful to receive notification of actions taken by others at the supervisory/management level as it pertains to my employees.
