Good and getting better! Pros: Easy to use, works well most of the time. Cons: Voice latency when on a computer or laptop, poor voice quality with PC-connected Bluetooth headsets (that otherwise worked well when connected to deskphones / cellphones) Overall: Dialpad was our first choice when switching over from an in-house SIP server (Switchvox). Great replacement for a physical phone system. Pros: Very easy to set up and use. Cons: None so far. Overall: We had a VOIP system with actual phones. Dialpad had everything we needed to use our cell phones and computers instead. It's a smarter system than we had before, it's flexible and has plenty of features for us. It's also less than half the price of what we were paying before which is great. I highly recommend it for SMBs.
great app for NOC services Comments: Dialpad allows me to make phone calls using unique number, as well as to send and receive free text messages.
Great design and potential Comments: The phone system has a great design and good features. I'd like to see more focus on reliability (both the iOS and Mac apps tend to crash) and perhaps some advanced features (e.g. call routing).
A great product for an incredible price Pros: Ease of use. Simplistic user interface. Great features and low price. Cons: Have had a few bugs trying to add personnel to our company org. But support team has always been quick and readily available. Overall: You cannot get a better softphone service for a lower price. Easy peasy Comments: I think that Dialpad has a nice interface and is very easy to navigate. Sometimes I wish I would not be prompted to use the Dialpad phone number rather than mine when making personal calls, but I'm sure this prompting is helpful for people who use the app more often than I.
I am Impressed with Dialpad Comments: It's great, love how you can monitor how many calls were made and time spent on the phone. Easy to use, Clear line most of the time. Love that you can rate the call quality after each phone call.
What a GREAT fit for our company! Pros: Ease of use, Salesforce Integration, app layout. Cons: No keyboard hotkeys to do routine tasks (answer a call, send a text) Overall: Dialpad came just in time. Our old phone system wasn't NOT working, but seemed a little too big for what we needed. Our company has about 30 employees in the office so we only needed a few features like call recording, a auto-attendant, and Salesforce integration. Quality as any VOIP Pros: Cost Ease Mobility Cons: Call quality Overall: The customer service has been better than expected, if not as great as it could be. Phone calls are a mixed bag of quality. Cost is worth it for what it is.
