The app goes mute mid call when my phone locks or whenever it is not the app on top. Your support far from assisting is simple trying to blame my device which I have been using for over a year with your software. Terrible.
It's great when it wants to work. It seems to be less that optimal for Android users, myself included. It's simply not ringing when I am at work.
Having similar issues as other have described with the Android app. Using a Pixel 4a 5G and the app doesn't show a full screen call notification for incoming calls and instead shows a regular notification banner for the call that disappears and stops ringing within 3 seconds. Yes all permissions, notifications, allow display over other screens, no battery optimization, have all been applied. The app still sucks and is not a reliable way to communicate.
How can the app still be so terrible after so many years? :( Can't search messages, if you click call and then go to another app, call never happens, can't accept calls sometimes, missed notifications a lot of times I wish we used a different tool
Most pathetic app. Can't even make a single call without issue. How to contact customer care team. I am really not able to make calls, it says "something went wrong"
When I receive phone calls it always seems to cut off before I can answer, like within 2 seconds. I have this app through my work and it's really disappointing when I can't consistently take or return calls. I don't know what the problem is, it seems to be a constant issue.
From the first interaction with Dialpad, I was promised amazing features and operations. We had 3 experience sessions, in person and over video calls. I was promised SMS and Mobile DID and so much more. It was only AFTER I signed the contract did Dialpad start to backtrack on ALL their promises and told me that actually NONE of the key items are available and can not be delivered. WORST experienc
The phone app almost never works, and the desktop app has lots of bugs too. Only the web interface is reliable. I want to love Dialpad, but some substantially problematic IT issue happens 2 or 3 times a month. Ironically, it was actually more reliable before they got bought out by Tmobile.
It drops calls some times you can't call serten numbers or not at all its horrible
