Sign up and quit in less then 5 mins. I was on a trial plan and to able to use the auto attendant I have now I would have to go to a higher plan which they wanted $20 to upgrade my FREE trial. 😆 I had numbers to port so I was just wanted to set my account up while it is usually 2 weeks for a number port and I told your sales person that.

Hi Greg, Sorry for the confusion. I believe what you are referring to is having Dialpad enabled external dialing so that your auto attend can pick up forwarded calls. That functionality unfortunately is not enabled on trial accounts which is why you were told to upgrade. Sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
Miserable experience. It seems like all VoIP phones are a joke. This is my 3rd VoIP phone to try and is not working. My internet speed is ok, but I can't make or receive calls and I'm losing my business

I'm having a really bad experience. Calls dropped. Can't hear people. Or cracking it muffled. For business it's unacceptable. Customer support was good but they blamed the network. But using other networks or 4g made no improvement. It's basically a poorly executed beta version is a good voip phone. Analytics are great just a shame the service is one of the worst ever.

Hello Bharath, Yes, that is correct. In order for you to use our platform, you need to create an account. It's actually a pretty standard requirement when signing up for phone service. We appreciate your feedback though.
Can't even sign in without an error and I've been trying for a week. And it's not a username or password error. It gets passed all of that then just says, try again later, and closes out.
