DialPad is the best! Pros: Easy to use, technical support is superb. Cons: Software is sensitive, so a few tweaks on the router's settings would make it work better. Overall: The software is very easy to use. A little tweak done on the router's settings would make this program work better, I guess those people who have problems with the software just needs to reach to technical support, which is one of the best support system I've dealt with. Technical support representatives are very polite, keen and has sense of urgency.
Good but needs polishing Comments: I've been using dialpad for 4-5 months. It's a great piece of software with tons of potential. However a few small easy to implement features (I'd imagine) are missing -No personal extensions -VoIP / iOS calling like Facebook messenger calls - have to finagle notifications to alerts for dialpad and have it forward call to your phone as your office line so that a) you can tell it's a work call and b) who's calling -the contacts functionally in dialpad is a disaster - I remove a phone number ... read more

I Love Dialpad! Pros: The whole system itself Cons: Customer support Overall: Hello! My name is Matthew Alexander, and I am a huge fan of Dialpad! I just love everything about it from it's ease, to quality of call. It is literally the best thing my company has ever seen. The only thing I would improve is its customer support. They aren't providing support to companies under 5 users. They really should start to provide support to all customers. Recommendations to other buyers: Buy this software! You will not regret it!
Dialpad is the way to go! Pros: Ease of use and open system Cons: Sometimes can disconnect or glitch Overall: I have been using Dialpad since Oct 2016. Overall, I've had a great experience. Every once in a while, it may glitch and disconnect, but it is rare and it seems to have gotten better over time. User-friendly, great tutorials, and extremely helpful customer support and reps. Love it!
Supremely pleased Pros: Ease of use, value, pace of innovation. Cons: n/a Overall: Making the switch from a legacy telephony provider to Dialpad has been the single smoothest transition I have ever had with a vendor. The on-boarding experience, the customer support, the excellent value, and no longer being locked into multi-year contracts for a service I want to consume flexibly. Dialpad has exceeded our expectations and untethered our internal teams from their legacy desk phones. Recommendations to other buyers: n/a
So great!! Pros: Effective and simple to use. Cons: none as of yet. Overall: I love Dial pad. We have had a hugely complex system in our office for years and it was completely underutilized. You needed a specialized IT guy just to manage it. We dropped the big system and switched dial pad and now we are saving money every month. Plus we don't even need office phones anymore, everything can be taken care of on our cell phones if we want. I can't recommend dial pad enough.
Great product! Pros: Super easy to use, really simple to transfer calls to person/voicemail/hold line Cons: The different ways to have operators and recordings was a little confusing. Could use more clarity with instructions. Or how to videos. Overall: So far, our company has really enjoyed using DialPad as our phone system. It's easy to use, easy to transfer calls.
