Great Product, Great Service, Constantly Innovating Pros: Great service, great product, always innovating. We have some random SIP phones that the team at Dialpad has helped us setup. Cons: I really cant think of any. Overall: I migrated to Dialpad from RingCentral. Getting ahold of someone at RC was extremely difficult, their tech was outdated, and likely as a result their product was overpriced. NGO Bliss! Pros: The ability to use text messaging and to use my phone and laptop interchangeably. Cons: If I had to list a "con" about the Dialpad software, I would say the inability to know if the number I send a text to is a landline or mobile/cell number. Overall: I work with an NGO and was pleasantly surprised to have the opportunity to work using Dialpad! Great, simple platform Pros: Simplicity and call quality Cons: The contact system could be a bit more intuitive. Not sure of the exact changes required, but it doesn't always recognize existing contacts when they call. Overall: We love this system! Super clean and easy to use. Truly great for our company. The clarity of the call is fantastic, and has been described as being in the same room with our customers. A tremendous upgrade from our previous system. Recommendations to other buyers: Love it, keep up the good work!
Easy transition from Lync and carrier Pros: Ease of use and administration. Cons: No SIP calling to systems that use it like Cisco or MS Lync. Overall: Our experience is two-fold and in both cases it worked out well. The way Dialpad transfers DID numbers is brilliant. Instead of a potential outage during the porting process, you get temporary numbers that allow you to continue use with no downtime. 6 months with Dialpad Comments: My team has been using Dialpad for approximately six months. Setup, customer support, ease of use have all been excellent. Our only complaint: I wish they'd integrate the app with the IOS native dialer.
Not yet perfect. But still far ahead from the competition. Comments: We recently switched from another platform to Dialpad and so far have had a great experience. The interfaces are very beautifully designed. The texting feature is convenient. And the iPhone app is easy to use and integrates well. The only downside I have seen so far is that disconnected phone numbers will ring for a while, and also sometimes the iPhone app can be a little spotty.
