Classes are pretty good. Equipment never wiped down. Weights/mats stink. Fitness equipment always broken. Members must beat on them. People do not wipe down equipment after they are finished. Constantly doing tours but do nothing to fix the equipment they have or address complaints of members. No private place to stretch without people watching you. Could use a women's area. Way over priced for old equipment and not a lot of weights!! Ridiculous that the fitness evolution down the road has a better weight area and its $9 a month..... This place is dirty and DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT!!! Don't waste your time going in there!

This gym is over-priced for what it offers. It raises dues every year without any notice but doesn't add more classes or respond to member requests. I was with In-Shape for 10 years and my fee was always $39. I joined DH for $59 for the convenience and classes. A month after I joined, one of my classes was cancelled and now they changed their Saturday morning Zumba class so nothing is available for people in the educational field who want to do a Zumba like workout and not wait until 7:30 at night. I love their gym but I am rating on their spa. The custumer service is horrible I told them it was my first time in their and I wanted to have their acne treatment done, she made me an opt. I knew there was an acne specail of a price for $55 but she marked me to take the $95 which I had no idea about?! Ok there really isn't much for nice gyms in the Brentwood/Oakley area so you are kinda stuck with this option for the most part. Diamond Hills charges fees like they are Club Sport but they are FAR from it. Many members including myself requested they install a large screen for viewing instructors during crowded classes for the benefit of all members; CRICKETS.... I would give zero stars if I could. The front desk staff is made up of idiot robots that are incapable of doing anything beyond handing out towels and checking people in and they will do that even if you are engaged in a one on one conversation with them. WAKE UP!!! Learn enough about the establishment that employs to be able to answer simple questions about what services are offered.

This is absolutely the worst experience I have every had with any sort of business. I cancelled my membership before the July 3rd billing & Kathleen Henry the Membership manager & Lisa Franzen the General Manager both refused to cancel without 30 days notice even though I was paying for over a year & a half & walked in to that facility only twice. This club is awesome! But I won't come here because of the fashion show that happens at the gym. Guys lifting up their shirts to check themselves out and girls dressing like they're trying to win a beauty pageant.

This review is for the spa. I'm a frequent spa goer (facials, massage. etc). I was very unimpressed with this spa and the staff. 1: When you walk in it smells like food. Fried, nasty food 2: while my Mom and I were waiting for our services (in their "quiet room") the staff were very loud and rude. I mean, very unprofessional.
