As far as the classes and the pool..this gym is great. I wish they had a woman's weight lifting area. I give it two stars due to the child care. The ladies working in there are great...its the way you have to have an appointment for a child who is not walking. It can be nearly impossible to get said appointment for the time you want. They only offer classes during the morning hours so the appointments are filled and you can't get one. I went on vacation to return and not able to get a morning appointment for two wee... read more

When we signed up ,they told us that this place was high end. Gym,but is not even close to be a high end. Club.Machines they are always broken same machines ,the place is like a market with people selling things in the tv area ,outside there is a truck that takes 4 spaces and if you have a baby and need to park close to the entrance then you are not in luck that day.At the day care things are different people is really nice and. I have had a few experiences with this gym, most recently I tried to re-sign up for a membership. I came in and spoke to one of the marketing ladies, and she told me about the pricing, etc. I had previously been here, and one of the pricing differences made me hesitate to sign up right then, so I said that I'd be back soon. Don't come here if you plan on using a treadmill. At least half are not in proper working condition. I have to get there at 6:30am to try at least 4 machines until I find one that works. If I get there any later I can kiss my workout goodbye because all the soccer moms show up like clockwork. I'm there for 2 1/2 hours a day and I have NEVER seen anyone check the machines. Oh wait, I saw one staff member one time come around and turn the tv off of the machines not being used. But he must have been new.

this is a wonderful gym. EXCEPT for how they treat the kids. i highly recommend this gym unless you have children under the age of 6 or 7 who are old enough to tell you how they are being treated. my kids have been treated poorly 9 out of 10 times we go there. it's really sad and unfortunate because the facility is so nice but the staff isn't that great in the kids area. they are obviously ill-trained on how to play with and love children.

If I could give a 1/2 star I would.....And this rating is mainly for the spa area! I thought being such a nice (expensive) club the spa would be nice and the people in it would know what they were doing. I purchased a give card for my mother (for Thanksgiving) to get a pedicure and 30 minute massage, she came back tellin me how the lady didn't massage or scrub her feet like she was supposed to.....in fact looking at her feet when she came back, they looked the same.....EXCEPT with polish on it.
