Called Diamond in the middle of the night as my pup, who was diagnosed with pancreatitis, was not doing well. Chris, who answered the phone,was very patient, informative and caring. He was able to give me some critical information and advice. Great customer service! Side Note: All of the vets (both Emergency and non emergency) in the area seem to be at, or near to, full capacity (maybe due to so many Covid-fur babie-adoptions). I had to wait over a month to get a routine visit scheduled at another vet.

I was honestly kind of nervous after reading reviews, but I'm seriously blown away. I never do Yelp reviews, but I feel like they deserve more than a 3 star rating. These people are rockstars! Took my cat in for an emergency, and they were really quick even though there was a long wait estimation. We didn't have a very big budget, but they were super respectful of that and stayed within it. They have done a phenomenal job with my kitty and lifted some anxiety. I had to take my miniature Daschund in last night and this Veterinarian was awesome! Floyd is 14 years old and I know he won't live forever But this location is the best after my experience, I don't think I'll go anywhere else!

My 100 lb. lab german shepherd King is loud and is scared to go to the doctor. He hates being muzzled for even five minutes. He's stubborn and also completely lovable and gentle. Unless he's being muzzled. The vet technicians were all extremely kind and gentle. The doctor recommended great health support with expertise and guidance. A+++++

After calling around and failing to get an appointment for a sick cat, I was so grateful for the 24 hr emergency option with Diamond. The communication with both the veterinarians on duty was fabulous. Kitty spent two nights with around the clock care and she came home with clear home care instructions. Their virus protocol was smooth even under ridiculous circumstances. The follow up after we came home was appreciated. So grateful for the entire staff and their treatment of Roo.

They are open 24/7 and follow COVID restrictions so you park outside in their numbered spots and call in to let them know you're here, easy! I came in late last week around 11pm because I found a tick on my poodle's skin tag and I could not get it out. I tried, watched a few videos, but after a while I gave up and came in in a hurry. Jasmine was super sweet, she is a pro at tick removal and safely got it out while teaching me what to do. She took my pup back and checked her for more ticks at no cost. My lab puppy ate chocolate chip cookies that were individually Saran wrapped. They were very kind on the phone and let me know estimated costs and options before I came in. No one is allowed in due to covid but when we got there they were very quick to come out and get him. They were able to induce vomiting and retrieve the Saran Wrap and some of the cookies. Cost for all care was under $300 which I think is very good for an emergency middle of the night visit. Very thankful to have them when we needed them.

We had an extremely unfortunate accident happen with our 8 year old cat, Mango, and immediately rushed her to the ER. Chris at the front desk was so kind and patient with me over the phone while I tried through a panic attack and sobbing to explain what was going on with my best friend for the last 8 years. Mango was triaged right away to the back where Dr. Modjeski and her excellent team looked after and treated her through the night. Got my dog Gunner back from having a tooth extracted on 9/16/20 and they did a great job, withing the night of having him back he doesn't feel pain and so far no inflammation from the tooth extraction spot. All in all really great quality surgery for my guy. Cost's a little extra then most vets but worth the quality and care in work for your pets.
