I had a phenomenal experience with Dianne as a first time home buyer. I had been referred to another lender with Draper & Kramer. You need Dianne Crosby at Guaranteed Rate when you get a mortgage or refi. I contacted her so I could get a refi during the tumultuous Covid-19 period. There was so much confusion around how to process refi's during a lock down and the rates were jumping around. I set up my application on her site and she contacted me directly.
