We've now completed 3 loans with Dianne, a home loan and 2 refis, and I couldn't imagine a better broker. This is the second time I have used Dianne Crosby and her team to refinance my home, and they have been very helpful both times. This latest refinance was during the pandemic, so it was a crazy busy time as rates had dropped and many people were trying to lock in better rates. Dianne was working very long hours to get things done, and I appreciate the help she and her team provided. I have recommended her in the past, and would do so again.

Working with Dianne was a pleasure. She paid attention to my circumstances, which were unusual - a contingent offer with tricky timing (I had to sell and buy in a particular sequence in order to qualify for a tax benefit). She found a great rate, and her office handled everything with ease.

Dianne handled my first home purchase over 15 years ago and she made the entire process very transparent and clear. I was very nervous about purchasing my first home and she made a huge difference! Since then I have refinanced with her twice; most recently in December of 2019. Both times she got me the best interest rate I could possibly get! I highly recommend her and would never go to anyone else!
