Honestly God awful room. We arrived around midnight and we're tired from a long first day in St Louis. After finally being helped I was running my card for security deposit and it "didn't go through" I figured ok she was a new employee and it happens so I would run my card again. Ran it then realized I was charged $100 and $174. I brought this issue up (I am non confrontational) and was instantly berated by the more senior desk clerk, Dante, who was extremely rude. SINCE CORONA SHUT THE WORLD DOWN, NOT EVEN A DAM BROWN PAPER BAG SNACK BREAKFAST. NO MICROWAVE IN ROOM. NOT EVEN PLASTIC SILVERWARE IN COMMUNITY ROOM. COFFE WAS PURE MUD STRENGTH. BATHROOM FAUCET HAD MORE PRESSURE THEN A FIRE HYDRANT

Everyone around was smoking weed, trash everywhere, making comments about females walking pass. Unacceptable

NEVER STAY HERE! Hotel was terrible. From check in (surprise $100 fee/hold when checking in....no clue about that) Terrible neighborhood. View of Arch/water should have been beautiful...however apparently the windows have never been cleaned so couldn't see much. Curtains were broken. TV didn't work. Pillows were beyond flat and bed was terribly uncomfortable. Spend the extra money and stay in Missouri. Neighborhood was horrible.
