The staff are more interested in being on their phone than giving good customer service, the first room we went to had a broken refrigerator and curtains hanging off the wall, nothing was explained to us about anything, the Kleenex’s were out, along with the conditioner in the bathroom, I was not impressed

Will never stay here again! Front desk was extremely rude and acted like they could careless if we were there or not. Hotel was somewhat clean but very outdated with very old elevators. The shower head was broken as well. We will not be staying here again. Even the casino was lacking and didn't even have food available. The entire experience was disappointing.

I was upset refrigerator didnt work and stains in carpet, also burnt out lite bulbs.

Terrible. Not safe. Horrible. Never felt safe. Ended up getting my wallet stolen at the casino!! Won’t ever go back!!!!! ALSO YOU HAVE TO WALK FROM THE CASINO TO THE HOTEL. OUT SIDE. I’ve never felt more unsafe in my life. Ended up getting about $500 stolen. I won’t ever go back. Spend the extra $15 and go across the river where you are safe!!! NEVER WILL GO BACK!!

Do not let this happen to you!! Stay anywhere else It said a view of the casino it was literally side of a building all we saw was cement. I was charged a 100 deposit i never got back each call i was told different time frame to expect. I called executives never got a person or a return call. Still havent recieved it back. This place is a rip off literally awful never trust this place i wont ever give them my business again!!!!

Horrible experience and will never be back The tv wouldn’t work, the clock didn’t work, half the outlets didn’t work, the AC was so load it was ridiculous, the bed was horrible, and when I went down in the morning for coffee (because the coffee pot in the room was missing a piece so it didn’t work) the coffee was empty and when I ask the lady to make more I feel like I was inconveniencing her. After she got done with her text message she took the coffee craft out to make more and never seen her again.
