Upon check-in, the clerk was very nice and friendly when we got to the room the floor was very dirty. It turned our white socks, black, Brown. our car alarm went off and put our car on lockdown because someone tried to break in. The bedding was very dirty. There was hair. The walls also had dripping marks on it, and the TV did not work.

Carpet was filthy in our room. Walking in socks, I tracked dirt into the bed (lots), so had to clean my feet to get in bed after that. Staff directed us to casino twice for breakfast because they didn't know the coffee shop is not open Monday and Tuesday. Metro is LITERALLY next to hotel; you can carry a bike (or just yourself) up the metro elevator and then take a short ramp to use the pedestrian walkway over the bridge. Bed Uncomfortable, can hear doors slamming all night

Customer service was Terrible Customer service was terrible. We stayed 4 nights and asked for room service just one day and got nothing. We had to continually go to the pool for clean towels to shower. Also was told we would get kicked out for 4 year olds running down the hallway.

You get what you pay for This was definately a "get what you pay for" kind of place. The exterior and lobby looked nice, but as soon as I got on the elevator that rumbled the hallway to my room had numerous stains on the carpet. The room was not much better. The carpet looked as if someone had a knife and repeatedly slashed lines in the carpet. Furniture was old and beaten up. The biggest issue was the toilet. This is to Expedia booking. I tried changing my reservation dates because of car trouble and the only thing I got from them was sure, but you have to pay again because you were late cancelling.

So when we checked in they gave us a key and we went to our room opened the door and someone was already in the room went back downstairs front desk thought no big deal gave us another room poorly handled

WARNING...DON'T BOOK HERE!! This hotel is more of a one star accommodation. Don't lot the outside or lobby fool you. The room are sub-par. When the front desk clerk handed me the key, I asked what room am I in? She said I don't want say it aloud, someone may be listening and knock you over the head..WAIT WHAT??
