The beds were rock hard & we had to switch rooms. Dresser drawers were broken & hanging down & the room was just in shambles. The staff was kind & switched our room w/no problem, but we will never stay here again.

Stay here if you want robbed!! Loud guests all night, called front desk and they did nothing to quiet guests. Shower head was leaking and spraying up and over the curtain getting floor all wet. Cherry on top to this stay vehicle was broken into along with 6 other vehicles in the parking lot.

Disappointed The hotel is dated, furniture old and broken, small television encased on the wall. My refrigerator was broken, no one came to replace after multiple calls. No old for the ice bucket. The way the water sprayed out of the bathroom sink.

Seems like a dangerous area to have a hotel/casino. There is nothing around unless you cross the river into st. Louis and even then it's a driving mess to find a place to eat at. The casino has a few places if your pocketbook can handle it just no variety.
