Beat up place. Nothing works properly in the room. They should not be open for guests

Over priced The elevator smelled of weed. The halls were very hot. I asked for and extra blanket and they didn't have any. Also they charge 100 for security deposit. Guess they have that kind of people staying. We thought it would be nice because it was apart of the casino. You have heard the saying about assuming

They didnt even give us water bottles

Where to start..first they closed the pool early. I had to check out early and drive 4 hours bc I got bit by bed bugs and my family across in the other room got bit as well. I was refunded for one room not the other. I shouldn't have paid anything for sleeping with bed bugs.

Early staff was nice and respectful.. Late night staff was rude and unprofessional also very ignorant

The first room we were in the toilet was falling off the wall. We did get moved to another room that wasn’t much better. Very stained carpets and bed linen. The curtains wouldn’t close all the way. We stayed 2 nights and even with directly speaking to the housekeeper they not clean our room while we were out. I had to call the front desk to get fresh linens and towels and had to take out my own trash. Front desk is very rude. Once coffee pot is empty they don’t replace and if you don’t like coffee there’s no tea. Tiles in bathroom are loss and very slick when wet. Toilets are low, they should be higher.
