Carpet in the halls and the room are stained. Bathroom fan not working in the room. The whole place is dark, nothing to lighten the room except lights.

Front desk staff was unfriendly. Rooms were dirty. Location was good.

I left v.m. message for property mgr Jonathan Goines and never got a return call. Hotel won't service rooms during stay. Anything I needed for room I was told to go retrieve myself from front desk (I needed a box of tissues). Breakfast "buffet" is a coffee machine. No milk. Nada mas. "Napkins" are a roll of crappy, thin, cheap, industrial-quality paper towel. This property is an embarrassment to the brand. Shame on them. I would just add that the young ladies working the front desk were overall helpful and nice.

I got a view of a green protruding roof out my hotel window. I asked to be switched as that's not what I had booked and they wouldn't. The room smelled like cigarettes ghost in water, the carpets and walls were stained (looked like grease spots) there was no microwave, coffee machine was moldy and no daily house keeping service was offered. Their baseball game shuttle that states is a free service to the game and back (up to an hour after the game) is a lie and they left us stranded in downtown St.Louis a huge group of at le... read more

The room was large and nice. The bed was comfortable. Liked the idea of using room card for elevator…nice safety feature. The tv would not work, girls on duty was useless to fix it. Guy that came on duty fixed it. Pool was out of order which sucked. There was no breakfast. Room price was too expensive to not have these amenities.
