Poor Customer Service, Again Once again, poor customer service. No breakfast of any kind. Even the casino next door has been remodeling for over a year and not completed yet. The rooms are big and spacious. Train stop right in the parking lot.

Took two trips to front desk to revive a working 2nd key card. Toilet was running when we entered room. Television quit working middle of the evening. They said the repair/maintenance people wouldn’t be in till next day. Supposed to be coffee in coffee room next to check in till 10:30 am. Went down to get some little after 9am, they were out and I was told they were not going to make any more. Terrible hotel. Needless to say I WILL NEVER BE BACK

The stay was just ok. The staff was not very helpful. The beds were ok, a little firm but some people like that.

This property was awful. Our room was way out dated. The curtains were broken hanging over the ac, the room smelt like sewage, bugs were on the ceiling, the phone stopped working, the curtains didn’t close all the way so in the morning the sun was in your face, and they also had a needle disposal box in the bathroom. The bed was comfy and the transportation to the stadium was nice but I won’t be back

The only thing we liked about this place was the view from our room. After the initial check in, the staff wasn't friendly, there was no restaurant inside the hotel (as advertised). We had to walk over to the casino to find some food. We felt unsafe walking from the parking lot to the hotel and casino. Our room was clean and had a nice view of the Arch. I liked having a casino next door & am glad to see they're adding some dining options. This is not in a great area, esp for out-of-towners who don't know the area.

Shaking my damn head It was horrible i went to the front desk to let them know that there was stains on the carpet, and a sock in the room that wasn't ours...a pubic hair in the shower and the curtain rod fell off. The next morning the house cleaner stated outside our door we complained then started slamming every door she cleaned...4 days later the manager still hasn't contacted us
