Stayed two nights. First night toilet quit working so they had to move us rooms. For the cheap price hotel was alright, but definitely needs upgrades. The pool was green and smelled awful. No food other than casino food so had to DoorDash and that was horrible. Staff was friendly answered all questions,very polite and understanding.

So when you arrive at the hotel you're hit in the face with perfume and air freshener.. After awhile you notice the whole casino and hotel have lingering mold smell throughout. The pool really isn't a pool but an oversized hot tub? And the room is set to about 90 degrees? I was confused over that whole situation. Then there's no breakfast served as advertised; didn't even have fresh coffee or things for coffee?? Not to mention our A/c in our room was the loudest thing I've ever heard it was crazy. When we checked in the hotel room smelled heavily of marijuana smoke. They did move us to a different room; however we were told there was only 1 luggage cart available for the entire hotel and they didn't know where it was. The rooms were on different floors and at opposite ends so required a great deal of manual lifting an moving of our items. No apologies or offer for assistance was offered. I selected a room with a view of the Gateway Arch but the window facing it was completely covered with something that obsructed the view. Also, there were no plug ins next to tables so we had to set our cell phones on the floor to charge them.

Checked out 1 day early. I asked if it was possible to get credit back for the night since I was leaving early. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. She said that would be possible and the manager would take care of the credit when they get in. I never received credit and received no response when I followed up.

The parking lot is blocked in all directions, the pool is not open, requested two queen beds and received a queen and rollaway bed, one elevator does not work, staff didn’t greet guests at all. The room wasn’t dirty so that was a plus. Tiles in the bathroom are not secured to the sub floor. The shower curtain was not wide enough for the curved shower bar and water leaked everywhere.
