We are a chiropractic office so we need to scan insurance cards, ID's, etc. on patient's. We were in need of another duplexing scanner so when I saw the wireless advertised for this model I thought perfect now we can use it at any of the work stations and immediately the scanned document will be available. I am very pleased with how mobile this is. it is sooo convienient
Purchased in 2019 I don't use it a lot and it just died. Only one year warranty. Bad, there are a lot of better options on Internet and better price.
Never worked. If I could give zero stars I would. My fault for not testing within return window. I wouldn't purchase again or recommend.

had to change this three times. Upgraded to a different model...o more problems
This is the hardest device to use, the instructions are confusing, almost impossible to send the scans directly to the PC even with a hard connection, and it almost requires a VooDoo priest to get the scans done, transported, organized, named, etc. I have contacted Brother for support multiple times and always read the manual. If I find this hard, I know you will-- I was an IT support person who set up hardware and wrote software.

I bought this scanner to scan store receipts to get organized for next year's taxes. I'm sick of boxes of receipts! I scan them then upload them to Quickbooks and attach them to the transaction for super easy bookkeeping. I got the scanner to work great on my desktop computer using their app with no problems, but I could not get it to scan on its own.
