Robert (inspector) was very thorough in his inspection of our new home. The report was very well organized and had plenty of clear photos that made it easier to request estimates from contractors for work that we knew would need to be done. When we had a question about something that wasn't in the report, our inspector promptly followed-up with us and talked through our questions, even though they were about non-issue items. I would highly recommend Robert @Dwell for anyone's home inspection needs.

I am purchasing a new home and Dwell was recommended by my agent. They were amazing. Ryan did such a thorough job and reported on everything he found that needed major to minor repair in the new property. In this "Covid safety time," we didn't meet in person, but instead he walked us through the entire property on video and pointed out everything that he covered in his report. I've had quite a few different inspectors over the years but nobody has done a more in depth comprehensive job as these guys. Brandon was young but knew his stuff. I highly recommend them.

This was the second inspection that Dwell Inspect AZ completed for us. Our inspector, Richard, was very friendly, helpful and patient with our questions.
