I've used Dwell Inspect twice now when buying a home and find them to be very reliable, communicative, and detailed. I'm always surprised at the number of small (and big) items they call attention to and the recommendations provided. Very happy with the level of detail I receive and the options for additional inspections on things like pool & sewer scope.

I want to thank the Dwell Inspect team for a thorough inspection of the home. The inspector was very professional and noticed many things that my agent and I missed upon the initial review of the home. The report was full of recommendations and photos and videos to help me and my agent know what to review with the sellers. Thank you to the Dwell Inspect team.

Strongly recommended. The team was extremely professional, prompt, and completed a thorough inspection. I'm very happy my agent chose Dwell for my condo inspection yesterday. Andrew from Dwell was concise, professional, and communicated well what I needed to know. He encouraged me to ask as many questions as I needed and if I have questions months from now to contact him for assistance. My inspection report was sent to me within 2 hours of us leaving the condo so yeah, very happy my agent chose Dwell :)
