Dwell was as good as they come. Im an agent and the buyer of a property Dwell recently inspected. Sean is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of my questions, with great explanations and recommendations. I've worked with a lot of inspection companies before, in multiple states and Dwell tops them all. HIGHLY recommend for your next inspection.
I have have had 10 home inspections in my life and I my experience with Dwell Inspection was outstanding. Robert is prompt, professional and thorough. The amount of items covered and documented well in an 80 page report is outstanding. I found the videos also beneficial. Most valuable to me was the option to meet the inspector and discuss specific items at the home. I highly recommend for 1st time buyers and experienced home owners.

The inspection report was totally professional! Full of detail, photos, and other supporting information. It was delivered within a few hours of completion...impressive. I need to also compliment Ryan Kamealoha, the inspector. Ryan was clearly knowledgeable and equally important, he was able to articulate "technical details" in a way we could easily understand. Dwell was quite efficient and really did a thorough job. The report was extremely detailed and allows you to focus on items that may need attention in the not to distant future. The entire inspection was done in a timely manner!
