Shazam, so happy I went with Dell Inspect. Gone are the days of the dreaded binders! They have an awesome online platform which is easy to review, understand, and share with other nosey family members :) Despite being a busy season they were out within a few days and able to complete my inspection. Can't say enough good things about Dwell Inspect AZ. Thorough is an understatement. We just went through an inspection on the seller side in another state by another company. It seemed like the service was just an overview of the house with no in depth explanation of anything. By contrast, now being on the buyer side and a home "sold as is" we needed some real in depth inspecting. We were not disappointed.
