I cant speak highly enough on Dwell. I owned an investment property for two and a half years, and then when I sold it- they were brought in for the inspection. I saw so many things on that report that we hadn't previously seen when we bought it. It was very thorough, and way more thorough than the inspector we first used. When I bought my next home, I told my realtors we needed to use Dwell because we had been so impressed by them. Sean Garvey and his team have been amazing throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Robert is WONDERFUL. We have used Dwell (and Robert) twice for inspections. Most inspectors do about 75% of what the state requires; Robert doubles the requirements. I recommend them 100%.

Jerame Tassoul was the best. Honest! I'm a general contractor and he knows what he's talking about. He found things I couldn't and would have overlooked. I opted for a full inspection to include Termite and Sewer inspections. I'm glad I did. The house has previously been treated for termites and is still in the warranty period, so it was felt I well informed. Robert was our inspector and did an absolutely fantastic job. The report we received was incredibly thorough, as was the additional sewage scope, mold, and termite reports. Will use again!

I highly recommend Dwell Inspect Arizona. Having had prior bad experiences with other inspection companies, we were relieved to have such high-quality thorough and easy to understand inspections performed. Lead inspector Jerame, was absolutely wonderful. He was incisive and easy to understand in his analysis. He was also very patient in making sure we understood the results and would even show us items on the list at the property location; something other inspection companies are reluctant to do. Five stars for sure.
