I went in on a Saturday at 3pm, staff was helpful and friendly. I was in and out so fast. Alex is fantastic, explained everything and wasn't pushy at all. I will definitely be back again.
The Veterinary office staff here works like a well oiled machine to get patients che in and out quickly and efficiently. The Veterinarians are very caring and thorough with their exams and have made a positive difference in my pets health. Highly recommend them.
We have been using East Lake for years as our cat and dog vet. They are professional and have a very helpful staff. Thank you for taking care of our animals like they were people!

Our doggies had blood work done and each had a surgical procedure due to some of the findings of the blood work (a confirmed spleen tumor). Dr. Padilla, Dr. Lee, and the east lake staff took great care of our doggies including communication and keeping us updated on their status.
Ive taken my pet here over the years and have never had a problem with them. My cat got sick and the veterinarian that helped us was really kind and explained some cat history to me which was interesting, overall a very positive visit. I later took my other pet and the front desk girl seemed very agitated and not the friendliest. When my partner asked her a question she seemed irritated at the question, which put us off a bit. I had an excellent experience at this clinic today. My dog has a lot of anxiety and doesn't like to go in the car or away from the house. This, in turn, creates a lot of anxiety for me and it snowballs. My dog tried to run away and hide when we got there. The staff and doctor spent a HUGE amount of time with me and my dog making sure that getting an exam and vaccines was not traumatizing. We love to take our dog Kramer here!!! They are always so great and so nice. There prices are so cheap. I will always make the drive to Watsonville for this great service and price!!
I've been bringing my chihuahua to East Lake Animal Clinic and only East Lake Animal Clinic for 12 years! They are the reason why my Chihuahua still with me today, all staff and Doctors do amazing work with our pets! I highly recommend this place, they care as much as we do!
