I've been taking my little dog, Valentina, to the East Lake Animal Clinic for years. I've never had an issue with them. The staff is extremely nice and caring. They make my doggie and myself feel better during our visits. We stick to seeing Dr. Yu every check up unless there is an emergency and he is not there. He has kept my little one comfortable, especially with her health issues as she is 16 years old now. If we hadn't gone to this Vet I'm sure I wouldn't have my little one with me anymore. I am really surprised at all the negative reviews. I've been taking my 3 pets there for about 6 years and have always found the experience appropriate and my animals well cared for. I found Dr Francovich to be sympathetic to my dogs issues and our our financial limitations. I have found all of the women at the front desk polite and efficient. Dr. Francovich has recently left the practice but I've talked to her replacement and he seems knowledgeable and empathetic as well. From reading the reviews it looks like there are ... read more
East Lake Animal Clinic has treated so many of our pets over the years. I tend to ask a lot of questions (like, I have them in my phone in advance) and each vet takes the time to meet our needs. Pet owners need to be prepared to do their part to help their pets no matter what vet they pick; when I am doing my part my pet always gets better after going to East Lake. I have been coming here for the last 30 years and have never experienced anything but professionalism and great care. My dogs and cats have all their care here. Dogs have had major surgery with caring and professional follow-ups. All immunizations are done without an appointment. They compare and match costs. I have heard other pet owners being rude and disrespectful to the owner and the employees. I suspect they are the ones leaving the bad reviews. I wouldn't go any where else. LOVE IT THERE!
I've been taking my fur-babies to East Lake for years and have always been happy with the service I receive and the care they get. They are super caring with my 16 year old dog who, although he is still a happy guy, doesn't hear or see too well anymore. All of the doctors here are knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything, the staff is friendly, and the groomers are awesome. Some of the reviewers on here seem to forget that a vet hospital is a business...I wish I got as good of service at the human emergency room... read more
wow, and I don't mean it in a sarcastic way I was just surprised @ the negative post I'm sorry you all were treated so badly, I've owned 3 dogs two have died bc of age so I'm left with Charlie my rescue dog. Our wonderful, nine year old dog was diagnosed with diabetes by Dr Carroll at East Lake Animal Clinic. They have been wonderful to us and to our dog. They set us up for home treatment at reasonable cost. Dr Carrol even gave us his personal cell phone number - we can contact him if necessary.
I love this clinic. We have been taking all our animals here for years. We have kitties, bunnies and now puppies. Not only do they give our pets the best medical treatments and advise, their boarding facilities are the best. The staff always makes us feel so good about leaving our pets in their care, because we know they all really care and love them. In fact my cat, Jackson doesn't want to leave.
