I was referred to East Maryland Animal Hospital by my sister. They took great care of her dog and she was happy to point me in their direction. Since I recently became the proud owner of a rescue pooch, I'm glad I received this word of mouth advice. My first impression came on the phone. After 16 wonderful years we lost our dog. Our last visit was compassionate, caring and peaceful. It was heartbreaking but the process was perfect. Thank you for your clinical care but also for your personal care. We will be forever grateful. Thank you Dr. Clemons

I feel confident that my precious little doggies are receiving the best care possible at a very competitive price. The hospital is immaculately clean and the staff is very friendly. I feel well informed at the end of the visit. I definitely would not go anywhere else!

Vets at East Maryland Hospital are caring, competent, and knowledgeable. All staff are very interested in my pets and also caring and compassionate with my pets. Follow up calls after visits are much appreciated!

I was new to the Phoenix area and my first priority was to find a vet for my almost 9 year old cat Lavender who was in liver failure. My friend recommended East Maryland and it was close to where I was staying so I went ahead and made an appointment before my move. From the moment I walked in door I had an amazing experience. Extremely satisfied with Dr. Martens. She immediately got down to eye level with our dog and connected with him and me. She was warm, engaging, knowledgeable, and compassionate when she could have been judgmental. Our dog has been suffering for months because we thought it was too expensive to treat him. We are all relieved Dr Martens found a solution that fits our budget.

From the moment I stepped in, every single person was sweet! best experience I've ever had hands down. I can't say enough good things about East Maryland Animal Hospital. The customer service and care were exceptional. I really appreciated the post op call from Dr Clemons the following day. Even compared to my experiences at medical offices, they blow them out of the water! I will definitely be bringing Leo back! Thank you guys for taking such great care of him!

I am forever grateful for the exceptional care my pets have received over the past 25 or so years at East Maryland. I love all of the vets, and I feel they have been with me through some pretty rough times. I never worry that we will receive the highest standard of care and compassion. Thank you to all.
