I had excruciatingly painful experience. I would start by saying that I was lied and given false promise my car will be picked up and will be delivered the next day and to make sure either me or someone should be present at the delivery address. Also I wasn't aware that they use broker to transport my car and I found out later the day the car supposed to be picked up. These people are not what you think it is talking bout 1100. Not at all happy quoted me a price of $1,800 to drive a car from point A to point b suddenly changed to $2,200 and they tried to remove the entire amount from my bank account without even first securing a $500 deposit so I won't be using that service
I used their services to Ship my car from ******* to *******. I was promised delivery in 5 days, unfortunately I received the car after 10 days from the original schedule and dates which were discuss and were on the contract. Once you give them the deposit of 200$ there is no communication from the coordination team. they don't care. I got a quote from someone using the MC : ****** and DOT : ******* belonging to Easy Auto Ship. I paid the price requested. The driver who picked up my vehicle wanted more money before he would drop the vehicle off. I wouldnt the money so they took my vehicle. I called the police and they said its a civil matter.
I cant even give one star.I had a car delivered from ******** to ******. The car came completely scratched up from the driver going through trees. Entire car looks like someone ran around in circles and keyed it. I got two quotes both saying about 12k worth of damage. I contacted them right away with all documentation and it has almost been a month and havent heard from them about what is happening. I booked shipping for 2 cars with up to 100 lbs of personal items in each car. I waited at the pickup location all day, unable to leave out of fear of missing the driver. I called ********************** who indicated they had no idea where he was. Clear lack of communication. He showed up 3 hours after that call, around 9pm, when it was very dark outside. My claim was denied first because the claim department at easy auto shipping said that the damage was present at the pick up. They were looking to pictures of after the pick up of the car. When I proved these were not the the pick up pictures and showed the real pick up pictures, they changed their speech saying that the damage DO NOT exist on the car in the delivery pictures!!! Horrible people. Do not use them. The contract asked for a cashier's check at the delivery and then the driver wanted cash. And when I called Easy Auto and they said they'd keep the car unless I paid cash. I'd have no problem paying cash, but that's not how the contract read and not how I prepared. Go elsewhere for shipping your vehicle.
