We called this company several times regarding our payment, but unfortunately no reply regarding our payment. Also we sent them several emails, and no proper response back to us. We will have to open a claim to their bond agency.
I am writing to comment on the poor service received from Anthony at Easy Auto Ship during the negotiation of vehicle shipment in September 2025. The service was delayed for more than a month. More concerning than the delay, however, is the lack of communication and unprofessionalism of the agent, who has been consistently unresponsive to my emails and calls, very rude and dismissive, and failed to provide accurate information and status updates. Beware of Easy Cargo Ship, I made an agreement with them to pick up car with a set price that we both mutually agreed. After about a week I received a phone and an email from Kevin confirming the agreed upon window however he said the price was for an open shipment than enclosed. I called Kevin and told him that I spoke with him directly and we made an agreement for a determined set amount. We are a broker, and we do not determine pricing. We provide a quote based on current market value and research and then shop our network of carriers for that transport. All that we can do is come back to you with the price that a driver is willing to take the load at. I apologize that you're not happy with the experience, but we can't force a driver to take a load at a rate that they're not willing to accept.
Very disappointing experience with Easy Auto Ship. I purchased a vehicle from a dealership in ******** that needed to be transported to *******, and the entire process turned into a nightmare.They repeatedly switched drivers, canceled pickups at the last minute, and left my vehicle stranded for days without assigning a reliable driver. Absolutely horrible customer service. called in asking for a quote spoke with ******* he hung up on me after being rude then I called back 3 times asking to speak with a manager they hung up after each and every call. Finally I spoke with **** the manager who claimed to be a manager and he listened to the phone call and said he stands by his employees hanging up and being rude to customers.
******* was very helpful in booking my car transport. However the process she said would happen did not happen. The driver said that the booking agent knows nothing and that he was in charge of the transport and things would happen his way. Ultimately I did receive my car 2 days late after many phone calls with the driver and a lot of stress.
Easy Auto Ship connected us to a carrier that STOLE our vehicle. We were told so many times they have worked with this carrier previously, they are reputable, etc., but, when we asked for updates throughout the process, we were told to "be patient." It turns out they couldn't get ahold of the carrier. The carrier disconnected their phone number and took our vehicle to ************* (when it was supposed to arrive in ****************--we have vehicle tracking, which is why we were concerned). A bit more communication regarding drop off.. we just got a 30 min notice but luckily we were close by. Also, our first ****** up and cancelled. Hopefully they wont do business with that guy anymore. Not ok when a timeline is involved.
