This is a horrible fraudulent car shipping company. They were supposed to ship my car from Washington to ********. They kept lying and telling me different prices after I locked in a price with them. They are crooks and try taking your money. I ended up driving my vehicle instead of paying an additional $500 on top of what they quoted me. Dont waste your time or money on these scumbags. They picked up and arrived on the dates they had said they would. Price was exactly what they said it would be. My only problem was the communications with the carrier they used. Their phone numbers they gave me to use went into answering machines and the message was never returned. Once I had a kitten shipped from ******* to ****. They gave me an app that I could track the carrier so I could set my schedule. It did not cost anything. It seems like EasyAutoShip should look into this option.

They got the job done but it was extremely stressful. After giving them almost 2 weeks notice I still had no carrier the day I was moving out despite my pickup window being scheduled to end the day before. I ended up having to wait for the carrier with my U-Haul hours after I had moved out of my house. It required me to rearrange my out of state move the day of and put me behind on my drive. Next time I'll contact a carrier directly.
Terrible business. Prices were not very clear on shipping. Prices kept increasing..All employees that work at this business, told me different stories, each time that I called.
I scheduled a pick up date for my car 30 days in advance. During that time my order was reassigned twice. Both members assured me they were working diligently on getting a carrier dispatched to my town. However, on the day of the pick up, they were still struggling to find a carrier and in the end after calling multiple times the person assigned (*************************) to my order left for the day and never follow up with me. Getting setup was easy, they were able to find me a truck company fairly quickly and they came to pick up my vehicles on the first day I had selected. Everything was smooth at the beginning but then the truck broke down half way. I contacted the driver and everyday was the same answer that the truck would be fixed that day. EasyAutoShip on-line quotes are total lies and misleading customers. After I got quotes on-line, I turned around called them, the price went up by more than $200! They do not honor their on-line quotes, even the quote is still within validity period. They stated that the on-line system / quotes are inaccurate. Easy Auto Ship Lost control of 2 autos being transported from ******* to **** **********. Easy Auto Ship was paid, Easy auto Hired a company to Haul the Autos who broke down. Easy auto ship failed to have the ***** DELIVERED . After One month the autos are still missing and Easy Auto will do nothing to resolve the issue .
