I signed an agreement with them to arrange transport of my car a month prior to my departure. The agent assured me the quote posted was reasonable and that there would be no problem. I received no communication and as my pickup window approached I was reassured that they would find a carrier. When I had no carrier 2 days into the window, the agent said I may have to pay $50 more. When you booked your transport a month in advance the broker let you know that the one day window you requested was in the middle of our peak busy season and the area you were shipping from was a harder area for us to find carrier in so it might be hard for us to acquire a carrier in one day. Arranged transportation with Easy Auto Ship. Turns out the process was not Easy, nor did my auto ship. Booked three weeks in advance, which it turns out is pointless because they don't begin to seek transportation until your requested day. I was clear that we had a flight out the next day. You did book your order 3 weeks in advance however as your broker let you know in the transport business booking early does not guarantee you a driver it locks in a price, however some carrier's call in and ask for more money and we reach out to you to let you know we have a carrier to pick up on a certain day but they want more money. *************. Took over a week for my delivery, after I was told I would have my vehicle in 3 days. They only offered $50 off! Delivery was at 2:30am! **************** couldnt even contact the driver or transport manager to locate my vehicle. 10/10 would not recommend!
Called Easy auto Ship. Brokered my car to AP Faster auto Transport. Driver told my me vehicle would arrive in 3 days. Little did I know this was the start of a nightmare. Once they assign your order out to a dispatch, they pretty much wipe their hands clean and have zero control whatsoever. Carrier that was assigned was not good. Bad communication, does not speak English, lied about pick up time and date, and damaged car during transport. Called in a claim before taking delivery during inspection and was told to pay the balance and they would file the claim. Now close to two months later Easy Auto Ship closes the claim which has not been settled due to lack of response or communication from the Carrier *** ***** *******. When we send you terms and conditions we as a business expect you to read them before you sign them in this case you clearly did not read them and just signed them. In our contract we state that Easy Auto Ship does have insurance however it is a contingency policy that only goes into effect if the carrier we select to transport your vehicle does not have insurance. I called Easy Auto Ship on 12-28-2024. I needed my two vehicles shipped from ** to **. I wanted them shipped on 1-3-2025(Friday). The gentleman that I spoke with stated that he would add Thursday and Saturday to the time frame as well. I asked if my vehicles would be shipped on one of those days, he stated YES. Easy Auto was easy to deal with. No issues with them. But the other company that they contracted out to to actually transport my vehicle is another story. Rude on the phone, and didn't seem to care at all when they were two days late delivering my vehicle. I understand now why this company was one of the least expensive. You get what you pay for I suppose.
Absolute ***** experience ever. The shipper they hired destroyed 2 of our vehicles, dismantled the electronics in my ******** smashed up our ********* This company is claims they have insurance however the company they hired is not cooperating . So now we have to get a lawyer and **** Over $12,000 in damage and easy auto takes no responsibility other than filing a claim. I will not recommend the service to any of my friends or coworkers . The carrier failed to pickup on time. Over the replaced carrier was very professional and delivered the next day. Everything went well with the second carrier after they canceled my order.
