This is a terrible company to work with. They quoted me $1100 to ship my car from ******** to *******. I thought it a good price and mentioned it to a friend. They called two days later and were quoted $850. Wait. It gets worse. When they came to pick up my car the driver said because my golf clubs were in the car I had to pay him an extra $100 in cash. My car was suppose to get here in two days and it took over two weeks. They hire out drivers so once the car is in that drivers possession they cannot help you with your car besides calling the driver. In my case, they couldnt communicate with the driver since he did not speak English. I personally had to reach out to him and use ****** translate. The driver kept saying he was broken down.

I had excruciatingly painful experience. I would start by saying that I was lied and given false promise my car will be picked up and will be delivered the next day and to make sure either me or someone should be present at the delivery address. Also I wasn't aware that they use broker to transport my car and I found out later the day the car supposed to be picked up. When you call into our company we make it very clear that we are a broker not a transporter so all of our customers are aware, Also when your vehicle is dispatched you receive a text from our company with the pick up and delivery date and the carrier's phone number. These people are not what you think it is talking bout 1100. $1100 to transport a car ***** is actually a ridiculously low price, considering most drivers usually take cross-country trips at .50-1.00 per mile. We are an auto transport broker, not the carrier company who is transporting the vehicle. Their truck broke down, which we have no control over, and that was the reason for their delay. Not at all happy quoted me a price of $1,800 to drive a car from point A to point b suddenly changed to $2,200 and they tried to remove the entire amount from my bank account without even first securing a $500 deposit so I won't be using that service
I used their services to Ship my car from ******* to *******. I was promised delivery in 5 days, unfortunately I received the car after 10 days from the original schedule and dates which were discuss and were on the contract. Once you give them the deposit of 200$ there is no communication from the coordination team. they don't care. I got a quote from someone using the MC : ****** and DOT : ******* belonging to Easy Auto Ship. I paid the price requested. The driver who picked up my vehicle wanted more money before he would drop the vehicle off. I wouldnt the money so they took my vehicle. I called the police and they said its a civil matter.

I cant even give one star.I had a car delivered from ******** to ******. The car came completely scratched up from the driver going through trees. Entire car looks like someone ran around in circles and keyed it. I got two quotes both saying about 12k worth of damage. I booked shipping for 2 cars with up to 100 lbs of personal items in each car. I waited at the pickup location all day, unable to leave out of fear of missing the driver.
