they will not back you for damage. They fish for any transport driver going where you want your delivery and take their portion of up front payment and you pay the delivery driver cash on delivery ...that is cash only. If the driver damages your car, it is up to you to collect from the driver. Easy Auto Ship will not support your claim. They tell you they are not liable for anything.

Very disappointed. I chose Easy Auto Ship because the Rep seemed nice and knowledgeable, but we ended up being very disappointed. We gave two time windows, and they couldn't meet either one. I called several times and was politely told that they were working it, but nothing happened. We ended up having to make other arrangements to ship my car because Easy Auto Ship couldn't. .If you choose Easy Auto Ship to ship your car, make sure you have a backup plan.**************

"Not so Easy Auto Ship". My daughter was moving from just north of ****** to ***************, ******* on September 3rd, 2021.We made arrangements with an agreed price almost 1 month in advance that the car would be picked up between August 27th and September 1st as she was flying out on Friday, September 3rd. They did exactly what they said they would. There were no hidden charges. Truck arrived in good condition.
In the beginning everything went greatvery competitive quote and the account rep responded quickly to my questions. However, I was told we would get a call from the auto transporter 1 week before they pick up the car to tell us which of the 3 pickup window days the driver would be there. That never happened. I was also told on the pickup day the driver would call an hour in advance. He did not, nor did he ever show up. Horrible experience with this company. I called them on the 26th of April saying I needed my car shipped by the 14th of May. They said to set a window of (if I recall correctly) 5 business days, so we set it from May 7th to May 14th. The representative I worked with, Lindsey, was very unresponsive during the whole process and I could almost never get ahold of her. After getting a quote for $1200 to transport a 1970 super bee from Boston to California, car waited 30 plus days and I end up paying $1800, after getting a driver set up for this trip, driver called me and said that he’s gonna charge me an other $190 dollar cause he needed to hire a tow truck . In a nutshell the car was ready for pickup February 21st. It did not arrive until March 11th, leaving me stranded in a new apartment, new city, new state. Worst experience ever with a company.
