I still have ants....that is the reason I have this service
Alejandro came over on a Friday afternoon four (4) weeks ago and we liked his proposal. He sprayed for insects and set the traps in the attic. He said he would come back every week for four (4) weeks and check the traps. He showed up the following Wednesday, five (5) days later and checked the traps. No Hits; but we continued to hear noises in the attic. I called and left a message for him to call me. WE HAVEN'T SEEN OR HEARD FROM HIM SINCE. It's been four (4) weeks now---Not a word. Time to refund some $$$$

The appointment for our inspection was totally missed. We received a phone call saying they would be late but then nobody showed up. We thought we would get another phone call to reschedule, but no one called. After about 4 days we called and they were totally oblivious as to what had happened. On more than one occasion I have been advised Office staff will call me back, but it doesn't happen. I have to follow up to get a response.
1) Lorna, the inspector, never made it clear to me whether there were any problems or not. 2) The "Inspection Report' describes no concerns; in fact, it describes nothing about the inspection. 3) When we called the office with concerns, we were assured that we'd get a call back. That's a week ago and we haven't heard a word
99 99% of the time I am satisfied with the results of the pest quarterly service, I have been free of the bugs that they spray for. 99% of the time they do %
Technician did not come at scheduled time, waited for nothing . I demand better customer service to continue with the company.
Shaun comes to the house quarterly to treat for any pests we are seeing. At first they treated inside and out but now everything is under control so they just have to treat outside. If something comes up they will treat indoors too. We found termites so they treated for that and we purchased a 3 year protection plan and they come out once a year to inspect and treat if needed at no extra charge.
