First of all, the inspector Andrew Williamson was very professional when he came to our residence in order to sign the contract. The service was schedule for Thurs. July 22, 2021. We made arrangements with our schedule at work in order to wait for John, the technician who was going to provide the termite control service. Person was only here 18 minutes. I expected a much more thorough examination!!!
The person who came to our house to perform the initial inspection was not thorough with identifying the areas affected, nor the options that we had. This resulted in us seeking and choosing another termite mitigation provider.
We're on a termite plan and have been for years. We called you with an acute problem. Termites were swarming in our master bathroom and spreading into to other areas of our house. We had to beg to get someone out quickly. The first tech treated one area but said he needed to come back with and e-gun. The next week the second tech came out with the e-gun but said it wouldn't help. We had to beg him to use the e-gun - at least try something. He did and it made a difference. The technician came in and checked the area of concern. He treated the area and explained exactly what he did and told me if I see anything else that might be a sign of termites to call back and they will take care of the problem.
I was surprised at all the termite damage ECOLA has "protected" our home for years
I normally receive a card in the mail to let me know that my pest service is due. I have not been receiving these cards and the last service I was unaware that my pest service was done until I received a bill in the mail. The technician had done the service only servicing the front of my property as he could not get into the backyard. The prior service had only been done in March, so I wasn’t even due for another service until June.
Listened to the location description of termite activity, looked at and evaluated the location, treated a ceiling area.
condisending,verbally abusive---he was mad at something or someone and my house took the brunt of his unhappiness---almost pulled down part pf my potting shed ceiling -ripped pieces of wood off the top my arbor and told me my whole walkway cover had to come down because it was made of wood and attached to house----------when he was on the side of the house next to my horses he says---"Whowe, what is that smell--oh you have horses ---I guess you have gotten use to that small and can't smell it anymore"-----after he handed me ... read more
