I assume the technician did everything he said he did on the report; I don't follow him around. Have only one complaint (if one can all it that); there are (3) gates the technician has to use on the property, and when he had completed inspection all of the gates were left unclosed.
Job not done, ask money first
The service tech Luis was not my usual tech Frank. I previously discussed with Frank my concern about my dogs and the local raptors eating poisoned rodents. Frank and I agreed on an extermination method safe for my dogs and raptors. Luis showed up and never stopped talking about how my current method was poisoning everything. I only called for an estimate to compare prices. Your prices are much higher.
The inspection was quite superficial. The inspector didn't even go upstairs.
Make services also carte. Your bid was $650 for a small (small) any issue.

Return phone callS for starters. I called multiple times request in that someone call Me. But no one ever did a . Still waiting.
My house was inspected and I received an inspection report. I noticed one of the infested spots was not mentioned in the report. I telephoned and left a message to be contacted about the discrepancy on Friday 13 Nov, Monday 16 Nov and Tue 17 Nov. Very unprofessional as far as I am concerned. Each time I called, the phone rang until I was asked to leave a message.
