You guys are still having difficulty reading the notes on my file stating 1) the technician needs a key to gain entry to most of the property, including the garage and 2) Leave a copy of the invoice/service order under my mat or on top of the mailboxes to verify the tech has indeed covered the area needed. Every time --- yes, every time --- I need to remind you to look at the notes and follow these two guidelines. Also, I seem to get a lot of emails for service reminders. Ecola is easy to work with, and has given good service over the years. The reports, however, are hard to understand, there is no " bottom line" telling what was found, what was done or what is recommended ! You need clearer reporting.
The person (Reno) who came out was very personable and helpful. He returned as scheduled, removed the trapped rat and set up another appointment. At present I still have rat(s) but am unable to catch them and am unable to set a trap where I hear them. I look forward to the next visit with hopes of successfully removing/eliminating them.
They verified the upper attic was clear of termites. They treated the termites in the lower attic.
It was very good. But I have a lot of ants. what do I do? and also it left a lot of dust.\? is that normal?
The field Rep is great. Speaking with the office I didn't get the same customer support. Not a friendly response to a customer simply wanting to know the details of the rodent control visit. Not knowing how the rodent control is carried out I felt I was too much trouble because I was asking questions and was essentially being "upsold" by telling me I needed treatments more often without even knowing the details first.
