Poor We paid 200 for an average room. The sink was plugged up. They started working on it with loud tools in the morning time. When we told the staff member at check out. She said " you should have told us."

Disappointing
Poor
A disappointment. The room was a disappointment. I got a suite and it was outdated dirty and stained and dried food on headboard of bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable and old we sunk in. Very unpleasant. The casinos and restaurants.

Bad
This place led me to believe that my king players suite had all these things to go with it! When I arrived,because the only vehicle I had to Run from a horrific forest fire that was swiftly moving super fast,was an older beat up pickup,,I drove into valleet parking,he looked at my truck and basically kicked me out and to drive to their parking garage. It was the worst hotel ever it sucked I would never stay there again The shower door at the bottom of the hing area had mold, (hot water) was warm barely the spa tub in the room sucked, no list about the hotel directory stains on on the curtains valances, The tall Lamp the on off didn't work, lightning in general sucked
