Response and Service was excellent. I called mid-morning about a broken garage door spring and the Technician (*****) was the before 4PM. He was quick and thorough. The job took less than 45 min. and the area was clean after the repair. I highly recommend their work.
My initial order for custom doors took just over two months to deliver and install- would have been fine except that the doors were not what I had ordered. Precision placed second order for correct doors which took another two months and were installed yesterday. So after more than 1/3 of a year to get what I paid for The correct doors are installed and Precision was professional at all points in the process. He explained, while demonstrating, how the door and opener work so that I could make an informed decision on how much work I wanted done at that time. I really appreciate this kind of informative interaction.
