Our garage door is 30 years old. The original springs were worn out. I called and received service on the same day. It was done in a very timely fashion and ****** re adjusted the door for ease of both opening and closing. Very satisfied with the service.
Technician ******* and his assustant/trainee arrived ahead of schedule, diagnosed what needed to be done quickly and thoroughly. He provided detailed cost information and an accurate estimate of time required to complete the job. Installation was thorough, quick, and clean. Great job guys!

The tech did a good job analysing the problem, and came up with the best solution for us. If we had changed circuit boards in the old unit, it might have taken three iterations/callbacks to find the fix. Better to put in a new Genie, which he gave us a good price on. We are very happy with the work.
We have used them several times over the years and have been more than satisfied with their work. Always on time and always knowing how to fix the problem. Quick response time too.

Awesome service and great technician his name was ****** very good all around.
The installation of my garage door opener and new door went very well and the technician was informative and polite. I had one issue that Precision came back to try to correct. My car would not accept the signal from the opener. The technician work 45 minutes even calling in to his supervisor but in the end it was decided my car is to old for the new technology. There was no charge for this return trip and all in all I am very satisfied with Precision.
