I was in a bad situation when I called. It was a little after 6 a.m. and the garage wouldn't open. Called Precision Door because they have a 24 hour phone line. Their starting time is 8 a.m. -- but the technician came early and got my door working so I was on the road by 8:30. Technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and got my door working in perfect order. I was pleasantly surprised by the service. They showed up as promised, made the repairs and were on their way in just over 30 minutes! The garage door functions like new again. The service rep was on time and professional. I highly recommend them.

I had two garage door openers replaced recently and Precision door Service provided outstanding service. Arrived on time fixed, everything and left the area in excellent condition.
Johny was on time and identified the problem quickly. He installed the new opener and was professional throughout. I would use them in the future.
They were prompt, and performed a quality job.

Had a problem with my door. They showed up same day, and the door was fixed in 20 minutes. Can't ask for more than that!
**** arrived on time, was friendly and professional and fixed our problem in just a few minutes. He also lubed the door and checked the spring tension all with out being asked. Top marks!!!!
Response and Service was excellent. I called mid-morning about a broken garage door spring and the Technician (*****) was the before 4PM. He was quick and thorough. The job took less than 45 min. and the area was clean after the repair. I highly recommend their work.
