One of the springs of my garage door broke on a saturday night. I called a couple of places, but only Precision door service answered right away. They were professionally on the phone and got someone out the next day. They did offered emergency service, but we really did not needed it. The technician who came out was very knowledgeable, and professional. After my garage door failed to work and the spring system broke, I contacted Precision Door Services for assistance. I was provide a same day evaluation in which the service tech was able to respond a half hour before the estimated time window. He provide several options for the repair. I selected the options for a spring system replacement, along with a new garage door opener. Precision Door did an excellent job. He showed up the day after I called, explained all my options for a new motor, had all three on his truck, ready to be installed. Within an hour and a half everything was done and my door works perfectly.

I love when a business arrives during the hours they set up, and call when on their way. Precision Door Service did this. Their technician was professional, and explained what the problem was with our garage door opener. It was replaced quickly, and we will gladly call them with any issues in our 4 rental properties!

Precision technician ***** explained the whole job prior to beginning, explained the difference between a chain drive and belt drive and was very clear with all questions and answers. We chose the belt drive and couldn't be happier.

When it came to the sales representative, they were a bit assertive, but accepted my decision to go with an item that was less than the top of the line. When it came to ordering, the sales representative told me it was generally about a week. About a month into waiting, I emailed them. I received a call back that same day and they set up an appointment for the next day. This left me wondering if I didn't call them, would they ever have called me.
