Awesome service and great technician his name was ****** very good all around.
The installation of my garage door opener and new door went very well and the technician was informative and polite. I had one issue that Precision came back to try to correct. My car would not accept the signal from the opener. The technician work 45 minutes even calling in to his supervisor but in the end it was decided my car is to old for the new technology. There was no charge for this return trip and all in all I am very satisfied with Precision.
The spring broke on my garage door installed by Precision Door I called them and told them what happened they were out the next day and sent a very knowledgeable installer and he replaced the spring in a very timely manner and also gave me information to help keep the door running smoothly for years to come. I would recommend precision door to all my family and friends. Great job. And great employees.
Called during afternoon and they were here the following morning. Did an amazing job! Had to replace several items, including the springs. Reasonably priced! Service tech did a great job, was courteous, explained everything well, and got everything done in an hour! Very happy with the fast, professional response. Our first time using them and will definitely call them again when needed! Highly recommend you give them a call!
We have had a couple garage doors in our 30 years. I used to fix them myself but age has made that less fun. I would recommend this company. They are probably not the least expensive but worth it, their techs all had the right equipment and new exactly what they were doing. The first time we had a slight problem they were quick to fix it. I will not have to look for another garage door company and hope I get lucky again.
The service technician showed up on time, in uniform, and with ID. He was knowledgeable about the problem and quickly took steps to fix it. He was courteous and explained what steps I could take to keep up on simple maintenance. I appreciated his professionalism and will definitely call this company again. I highly recommend them. -SM
